  • Trygve Berge

    OWNER

    With over 26 years of construction experience in education, healthcare, institutional, commercial, retail and high-tech projects, Trygve brings a high level of experience to our team. Trygve started his career as a Union carpenter apprentice and has risen through the ranks of construction. This experience has allowed him to gain an extensive knowledge of construction. He continues to manages all facets of the business operations and continues to contribute at a corporate level with his vast knowledge and experience.

    With 15 years of construction experience, and over 10 in the Pacific Northwest, Jordan has seen and built it all. Jordan started in the residential sector, leading remodeling and new construction projects. For the past seven years, Jordan has served as a Commercial Project and Preconstruction Manager, specializing in large public works projects at both the state and federal levels, as well as ground-up bank and hospitality builds across the western U.S. Additionally, Jordan found time to return to school to strengthen his foundation in Project Management, earning a Master's degree in the subject from Penn State.

    Christina has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, managing daily business operations with specific expertise in contract management, insurance compliance, and project administration.  She has also lent her skills to other departments, including accounting, project management, and safety.  She is experienced and skillful in monitoring and managing the daily operations of D365’s office and its projects.  Her ability to effectively interface with individuals across all levels while also managing teams, vendors, and resources ensures a clear, organized, and efficient resolution to any administrative obstacle in the path of our crews.

    With 25 years of experience, Jonathan has made significant contributions across a diverse range of projects, from healthcare facilities to K-12 educational buildings. His career has seen a remarkable evolution, transitioning from a field employee to a superintendent and, eventually, to a project manager. Jonathan has played a critical role in the successful execution of numerous complex phased projects, collaborating with various organizations. He manages a broad range of responsibilities vital to each project's success, including overseeing the project team and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
